Cancellation policy

 

We know many participants are traveling, arranging partners, organizing schedules — and sometimes plans just change. In order to help you focus on the learning experience, we’re now introducing flexible registration options:

Full refund options

COURSES, KUMITE, GUEST PRESENTERS AND ACTIVITIES
Full refund on cancellations up to three months before the event.

ROPE SALON
Full refund on cancellations up to one week before the event.

Other cancellation options

After the full refund mark, standard cancellation terms apply:

  • Ticket are not refundable or transferable to a later date, regardless the reason of cancellation.

  • Tickets remain transferable to another participant, meeting the prerequisites.

HOW CAN STUDIO TIEY ASSIST?

We keep waiting lists, so we can contact those who have subscribed. The sooner you cancel, the bigger the chances to find suitable replacement. We gladly offer our help. Do keep in mind that we are not able to assist with cancellations, made less than 48h prior to the event.
